We've used New Level a couple of times. One time their craftsman didn't deliver the quality of work that I had expected and they bent over backward to make sure that I was satisfied. Top notch customer service. I used them again last week for a leaking roof and they diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a small hole caused from the gutter rubbing on the roof-line over time. Their craftsman repaired the leak and did not charge me. It was more important to the New Level management that they took good care of us after the initial interaction that left us less than thrilled, over a year earlier. TOP-NOTCH and highly recommend.

Superlatives are not enough to convey my thoughts on Jeremy and his crew - responsive - high quality - easy to deal with - trustworthy - totally professional at all times - 5 star plus - only wish other vendors I deal with were near as good - the total package

An outstanding job for this homeowner! Although I took a variety of quotes, they were far superior in detailing the scope of the project and explaining how they would proceed. All workmanship exceeded my expectations and every person on the job had a superior work ethic. In short, I found this construction company to be knowledgeable, dependable, and thoroughly professional. Tyler Head oversaw the project from beginning to end and managed it with flawless precision. If you want the best, you need look no further than New Level Construction.

New Level Construction provides a professional level of service that surpasses any other contractor I have used to date. Quick to respond and thorough in their evaluation of the problem, I felt confident in their skill. My roof had several severe leaks and was in need of extensive repair due to a poor installation when my roof was originally installed by another contractor several years earlier. New Level did not try and push me to install a new roof, but encouraged me to extend the life of my existing roof. In doing so, they took the time to document each of their proposed repairs with pictures and explain the steps needed to repair. As the repairs progressed, they continued to keep me updated. After completion, there was no sign that they had even been there . . . they were quick, clean and professional. The team is fantastic all around. Most importantly, after several significant storms, I am happy to report that my home is leak free. All around great experience.

New Level is a first rate company to deal with, especially Tyler. They do extremely high quality work, and are very responsive and communicative with their customers. They provided all the roofing and gutters on my new home (Which looks amazing) and did an excellent job repairing my fireplace on the home we were selling so it would be perfect for the new home owners. Super happy with their work!!

Since 1966 the Athertonville Church Bell in Hodgenville, Kentucky had called the community together for service on Sunday mornings. Most recently it had begun to develop a leak under the bell tower which threatened to close the church if it continued to worsen, and there wasn’t enough money in the church treasury to cover the repair. That's when Jeremy and his crew from New Level Crostruction came in and saved the day! I simply can't say enough good things about this young man and his company.
